New and Existing Septic Systems
L & S Construction specializes in AFFORDABLE septic systems. We install new systems and can assist with existing systems. To replace an existing system, we abandon the existing septic tank and install a new septic tank and leach line. We recommend concrete septic tanks but will install poly tanks upon customer request. We also assist our customers by obtaining the necessary permits through the local county/city agencies. Our goal is to make the installation or repair of a septic system seamless and stress-free for our customers.
Leach lines can be installed and repaired. A visual inspection to assess the situation will be conducted prior to a recommendation.
L & S Construction offers septic pumping. Dependent upon the size of your septic tank, we will quote you an AFFORDABLE price for your septic pumping. We recommend pumping your septic tank every two (2) years to optimize the life of your system. We promise we will assist you as quickly as possible. Many times our customers are in emergency situations, and we are sensitive to your needs. We can also assist with exposing the lid of your tank so that pumping is possible.
In real estate transactions, a certification of the existing septic system is necessary. L & S Construction can handle this process for you. We will do a visual inspection of the septic tank and determine if it is functioning properly. Dependent upon the assessment, we will issue a septic certification.
If you are interested in having us complete a septic inspection, please fill out the Septic Certification Information Form and e-mail or fax back to our office. If the septic tank passes the inspection, all information for the certification will be used from the information provided. PClick here to download the e form.
If your project requires an Advantex system, we are a certified installer. Please call for more information on how to obtain a customized quote.
